Abstract

CensusAtSchool, the real data project for 7 to 16 year olds, has now been implemented in many countries including South Africa, Queensland, New Zealand, South Australia, Norway, Italy and Canada. It is going from strength to strength in the UK from its inception in 2000. This session will highlight successes, challenges and lessons learnt from using CensusAtSchool to communicate statistics to school-aged children across the world.
