Invited speakers submit draft version of their paper to Session Organizers.
Authors of contributed papers are encouraged to send a draft version to both convenors of Topic 10 for suggestions and comments.

Authors of non-refereed contributed papers who have not contacted Topic 10 convenors before submit an abstract to both convenors of Topic 10. |
