Exhibit Location
Exhibitors will be located in the Humphreys Room at the High Country Conference Center. We expect this to be a high traffic area as it will also have a large number of tables and chairs for conference participants to use during breakfast, breaks and lunch. It will also be the location or the poster sessions that will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 9:10 a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
Exhibit hours
The Exhibit area will be open during the following hours:
- Monday July 14: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday July 15: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday July 16: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (half day)
- Thursday July 17: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (half day)
It is not mandatory that your exhibit space be manned for the entire time. You are free to come and go as you see fit.
Exhibit Set-Up
The Humphreys Room will be accessible for set-up from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday July 13.
Exhibit Tear Down
Exhibits space must be packed up between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. on Thursday July 17. You are welcome to stay for the remainder of the conference, but the displays must be dismantled on Thursday to accommodate the Thursday evening banquet.

Return Shipping
We will arrange for pick up by either UPS or Fed Ex if you let us know that you would like us to do this. You will need to prepare the packages for pick up with your own labels and account numbers.
Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitor registration includes breakfast, lunch and breaks on all conference days. Exhibitor registration is $300. Platinum and gold sponsors receive 2 free exhibitor registrations and silver sponsors receive one free exhibitor registration.
ICOTS Social Functions
Exhibitors are welcome to purchase tickets to the Thursday night banquet and the Wednesday afternoon tours. Banquet tickets are $70. Information on the Wednesday tours and associated costs can be found on the registration page. If you are interested in ordering tickets for any of these functions, please email Roxy Peck.
