Session chair: Maxine Pfannkuch

Abstract

The American Statistical Association has as one of its top priorities the successful integration of statistics at the school level. This panel session will focus on efforts ASA has engaged internationally to effectively promote statistics at the school level for all countries. The panelists will discuss how to build these collaborations and the benefit for all involved. Specific attention will be given to the joint collaboration between the school level committees of ASA and the New Zealand Statistical Society and to the Spanish translation of the Pre-K-12 GAISE Framework (unveiled at ICOTS 10).
