Visa Information and Invitation Request

Prior to requesting an invitation letter, your registration and payment should be completed. Once you have completed them, please download and fill out a separate VISA Questionnaire form and a Schedule of Stay form (see below) and send them to the conference secretariat at icots10@nta.co.jp.

Please note that while the letter will be an official invitation, applicants are responsible for making the application for a visa by the person to whom the invitation letter is addressed, and directly to the appropriate Japanese Embassy or Consulate-General. We will not apply for a visa on your behalf. For details, please contact the nearest Japanese consulate or embassy or visit the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.
