Abstract

The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) is an International Consortium between Spain, Italy and Portugal whose aim is to foster excellence in training WOP-P professionals in an increasingly globalized socio-economic context. Given the contrasting realities inherent from the diverse corps of international students, a full package designed on Facebook will explore Hypothesis Testing (HT) concepts such as writing the null and alternative hypotheses, measuring the types of errors, and understanding a p-value and using it to make a decision in Statistics. This online module will enhance student-teacher communication even before the program begins, promoting the understanding of HT concepts by responding to a variety of challenges where students perform at their own learning rhythms.
